Brendan Fraser will have a brief cameo in the upcoming G.I. Joe movie as Cajun Marine Gung-Ho during a training sequence in the Pit. Although production is still filming, Fraser's scene is already in the can.
Brendan Fraser's early career brought us Link the missing link in Encino Man (1992). In Blast from the Past (1999) he played a similar role as Adam Webber who leaves his bomb shelter after 30 years to find he's out of place. He's also taken on cartoon-to-big screen roles such as George of the Jungle (1997) and Dudley Do-Right (1999). In 1999, we were introduced to Rick O'Connell in The Mummy and again in The Mummy Returns (2001).
Expect to see a lot more of Brendan Fraser in the near future. In 2008 he'll return as Rick O'Connell in The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor and discover a fantastic and dangerous world in Journey to the Center of the Earth 3D.
