Twentieth Century Fox has set the upcoming X-Men spin-off, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, for release May 1, 2009. Hugh Jackman will reprise his role, Wolverine exploring his complex relationship with Victor Creed and the Weapons X project. Kodi Smit-McPhee (Romulus, My father) will play young Logan.
