The Topps Company, Inc announced completion of its acquisition by Michael Eisner's The Tornante Company LLC and Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC. Topps stockholders will receive $9.75 in cash for each share of Topps common stock, making the total aggregate purchase price approximately $385 million.
